kinda sad when the creators aren’t capable of telling a customer something so simple

COULD YOU AT LEAST ADDRESS THE PROBLEM FOR THE ONE THAT STARTED THE THREAD THEN!!

THE ISSUE SEEMS TO BE RELATED TO DOWNLOADS WHEN A SITE IS USING SMTP!

it also doesn’t appear to work on mobile

I am exporting from WooCommerce -> Customers -> Download.

I have explored the use of those plugins before but they do not lay out all the information that Customers (Exports or Downloads) do.

Is there any way to just add the address field?

**(The export contains every piece of location information except address)

will we have to reauthenticate every time?

I have multiple sites and for me to click-through all sites every day to make sure one plugin is working correctly isn’t exactly practical.

Strange… i have tested on many computers and noticed it may not work on Firefox. there is definitely some issue, we are getting calls from our client saying they cant use the website with the nav menu gone.
