I noticed if I use in sandbox mode, Woocommerce redirect the old PayPal surface where everything works good.
But if I off the sandbox mode, the Woocommerce redirect the new PayPal surface where mail, country and county is missing.

Unfortunately, the problem has come out again

I checkout through the WooCommerce page and enter notes there. After I field on PayPal the ‘Note to seller ’ field too. None of them was saved. Sorry about my poor English
