Hi @aurefau, I can see that this site is definitely commercial. There is a link to your buymeacoffee[dot]com link, and you link to your shop on gumroad[dot]com. Since both of these actions are ways to make money, they make your site commercial by nature.

It looks like the site was disconnected from Jetpack for most of October, November, and December 2023. If those are the three months when stats are missing, it’s not possible to get them back.
Jetpack Stats relies on Jetpack’s connection working properly to populate the stats data. Since there was no connection, no site traffic data was collected during that time frame.

I was able to figure out what’s going on here. Somehow, your site theme is excluding a Jetpack CSS stylesheet. It appears on the blog post page, but it is excluded on the main posts page.
The CSS stylesheet missing is this one:
<link rel="stylesheet" id="social-logos-css" type="text/css" media="all">
It looks like even though you have them turned off for this page, your theme is somehow still adding in the social icons, but not including the Jetpack stylesheet necessary to run them.
I would recommend contacting your theme support for assistance in determining why these are still showing for your theme on this page even though you have turned them off.

Let’s get back to your original issue:
It appears that the 2 subscription widgets on the blog has stopped working.
When I try to subscribe, and insert an email address, nothing happens and the URL shows /# at the end. No welcome email appears.
I cannot find any setting for subscription or the email that is sent to the subscribers: which name they see, email, which page appears after subscription. There is only the text in the widget – which does not appear.
I just tested both subscription widgets – the one in the sidebar, and the one in the footer and both successfully returned the success message and the confirmation email. I am also seeing on my end several pending subscriptions from users.
Could you try the subscription process from a different browser than what you use normally? If you are unsuccessful in a different browser, I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening.?

I did notice that the anti-spam plugin that you’re using on your site hasn’t been tested with WordPress since v. 5.5.13. Unsupported plugins can cause unexpected behavior with Jetpack’s comments feature. You may want to try disabling this plugin to see if this resolves the issue.
