Interestingly when I fetch the reviews with the crawl option, it only works in maybe one of ten attemps, with the other attempts I get the error:

Error 0003: Error 1055: Something went wrong. Unable to find reviews. Please try again with different search terms or the Place ID. Or contact us for help. Error Code: 5

Hi Niloy, I was hunting the issue all the time based on the version that you sent via Dropbox with the correction for the magnifyer topic.

Finally I found out now, that using the “officially” released version 2.2.3, the issue with the first picture is gone and I close this thread as “resolved”.

Before I send a video: I found out that it happens only for products with variants and it’s not depending on any other plugin.

The first image that appears in the slider and which is not the cropped image is not the product image (as I thought before), it’s the image of the first product variant.

Can you please test it on your local server with product variants?

Hi Niloy, I know exactly what you mean; the issue also happens if for the image the corresponding resized image is not available – in such cases to regenerate the thumbnails will solve the issue.

But in the example mentioned, the original image is shown, althought the resized image is available.

Btw: it happens on all product pages, always the first image is taken from the original image instead of the resized one.

Hi Niloy, do you have an idea about the timeline to fix this? All mobile users curently can’t access the bigger pictures, but I don’t want to remove the plugin yet – still hope that it can be fixed in time.

Well, it’s no emergency at all, but since the majority of our customers are using mobile devices these days (and they can’t access the bigger pictures now), it depends on what “we will release a patch very soon” means in terms of the time.

For USA there are two shipping methods with description. But they do also appear for Switzerland, althought there’s no description.

For some other countries (e.g. Germany, France etc.) I added now temporarly a simple “.” (dot) into the description in order not to confuse the customers with the text for USA.

Unfortunately I don’t have a staging environment ?? But interestingly on the sister-site https://www.liebesschaukel.ch (where no WPML is used) this issues does not occur.
