Ha ha… looks like in this board we users have to answer our own questions by ourselves, might have to do it with my request as well ??
P.S. I just downloaded again the plugin file woocommerce-side-cart-premium.zip from my Xootix account (order #1029).
After looking into the zip I’m confused: in changelog.txt it says it is version 1.0.0 / (04.14.2017) – although I have already 1.0.4.
On the other hand in xoo-wsc.php it says:
* Description: Woo Side Cart shows all the items added to cart in a side popup. The plugin is ajax based.
* Version: 2.3But based on the website we’re currently on version 2.1 :-O
Is the zip I found in my Xootix account the most recent version I have to use for the update? And how to update my installation (without losing my settings)? Just copy these files into the plugin folder?
Thanks again for hints,
Wolfgang
P.S. just wanted to mention that other imports do work without any issues: pages and products. So it’s really a pity that only this plugin here does not work ??
Well, are we sure, that this error is causing the “nothing happens”?
Unfortunately the solutions in the thread you mentioned are with adding things to .htaccess, but this did not change anything here.
So it looks I have to enter the comments manually, sad
But this javascript error happens only when the button “Upload file and import” is pressed ??
P.S. can it be that this is the issue? Console seems to complain about this:

But I don’t do anything with taxes in the product nor in the reviews. Strange.
Thanks again, Wolfgang

Thanks for your answer. Oh no, please not. This is a production site and I don’t want to mess with the themes, last time I had bad luck doing such things… So before going into this risk, I will enter all reviews manually ??
But isn’t this a question of error handling? How can it be that in case of a possible problem just NOTHING happens?
How was this solved last time? When a user had this issue here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/nothing-happens-on-import/
Thanks again,
Wolfgang

In reply to: [WordPress Comments Import & Export] Please help: no action when importingHi there, thanks for your answer.
Web server error has nothing about it. Woocommerce>Status>Logs>fatal-error is not existing. But there’s nothing in the Woocommerce log file about it ??
Yes, I’m using Product review import-export plugin. Oops, I’m in the wrong forum then ??
I’ll create a post in the correct forum then.
Also here on https://lonesome-dragon.com this error occurs. But I don’t have 20 websites or other things like mentioned here.
Re-authentication does solve the issue, but not for long. Already next day it happens again ??Any help welcome – thanks!
Thanks for the code. I implemented it, but now I’m not sure anymore if there’s a difference or not ??
But anyhow, if there are no other parameters to influence the behaviour when scrolling that’s okay. It still looks very nice and I love these cute little icons.
Thanks a lot for your great work and have a fantastic Christmas time!
Thanks for your fast answer!
Sorry, no, there’s nothing wrong with the plugin, the movement is quite smooth. Maybe “nervous” is a matter of taste and I described it wrongly with “nervous”.
I just would like to have less movement to make it more subtle.
The site is: https://www.liebesschaukel.ch
Thanks again!
P.S. maybe I thought about “nervous” because the movement is quite fast? Maybe it would be possible to slow the movement down a little bit, this would reduce the “nervous”-effect?
