The category is showing, but not all of the thumbnails. I marked this as resolved but it obviously still isn’t.

Thank you for your reply. I followed your suggestion and I made each product in that category visible in “Catalog and search”. The category still isn’t visible, unfortunately. I don’t remember doing anything to hide the category except hiding every product. Now that these products are ‘unhidden’ all the thumbnails in my store are broken. No product images from the store are rendering but I do see them in the media library. Please help.

Both sites appear to be charging taxes based on the shipping address now. So, was this “{price_including_tax}” the fix? Am I right to assume the Automated Taxes knows how much to charge, for different parts of Alabama? Like, outside my the city where I have my license, the tax rate is different. Is it safe to say that this is taken care of?

It seems to be a plugin conflict. I am slowly enabling them to find out which one it is. Since this is the case, can you please let me know what I should do now to tell the system to charge taxes on each item? I assume adding {price_including_tax} was just a test. What is the permanent fix?

Just to be clear: Both sites show a figure next to the price on simple and variable products, when I add {price_including_tax} to the table.

Hi Shaneem,

I changed the theme of the one that didn’t show the tax, and it still doesn’t show tax on the 2024 theme. The cart had tax at $0.00 as well. The images are attached.

Is there anything that can be tested? I don’t think it is theme dependent.

This is the correct understanding ???? . Both sites have the exact same tax settings but different themes. Both have the Nexus set for Alabama. One shows the taxes with that code in place for variable products and one does not. Both show the tax with that code in place for simple products.

Could someone please provide a fix for this issue???

Thank you for your help. Yes, it did show tax on the variable products, after I made a selection on the one site: Screenshot. However, on the other site, it didn’t show on the products, even after I made a selection. Screenshots

Thanks for the reply. So, the “simple product” shows the “tax” after I added the {price_including_tax}, but the “variable product” does not.

Hello. Thanks for following up. I found another solution and no longer need support.

I did it automatically within WordPress with my other site, with no need to create an account first. But I went ahead and created and account and got the key. Now it works. Thank you for your help.

Awesome! Thanks for the suggestions. I’ll give them a try. Also, I don’t think were are in the correct site…I have two of them. The site in question doesn’t have any clothes/accessories categories, only things related to health: teas, pain relief, oral care, etc. At any rate, now that I know this is theme specific, I will dig further. Thanks again!

Thank you for checking @serafinnyc. I have around 15 categories in total. You are seeing 2 categories because the products below them are not hidden. The other categories have the products hidden from the store and from the search, and they don’t show. Is there anything that can be done for those product categories?
