I should mention that if I create a user using the standard WP admin user panel, the first and last names would be displayed properly using BNFW.
Only when register through Ultimate Member, the first and last names are not displayed using BNFW.

Thank you for your support. Since the user account you login did not have the problem, that gave me the hint to identify it’s an account specific widget setting that’s causing the problem. So thanks again for your great help.

I forgot to mention that one of the menu selection entries is also missing from the new top right corner menu. The issue disappears when the plugin is deactivated and original menu is used.

BTW, all caches were deleted before I performed the tests to rule out any caching issue. And the tests were done with different phones and different login accounts.

Same problem. Nice plugin function but no option to display local timezone.

Talked with O365 support, they said the only way is to migrate all our emails from our existing domain to O365 domain which would require additional licenses. That would ensure the from and send from values are the same and DKIM signed.

I think the problem started with our host upgrading the server and turned on DKIM. As outgoing emails from our site are going through WP Mail SMTP to O365 exchange server, they are not signed with our existing domain and therefore the receiving server fails DKIM validation and treats them as spams. Please let me know if you have any suggestion regarding this issue. I would think there are others having the same issue … thanks

I managed to import table wp_forum_forums from the backup. The manually entered structure disappeared with the message “In this category are no forums yet!”. Is there anything I need to do to rebuild the structure?
