Hi Javier, yes it makes a difference what format the CSV file is saved in: Microsoft/DoS etc. Thank you
… further to this. It works in the edit mode but not in the published template

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More Than Just a Page Builder] 2.7.2 errorsHi, thank you. The fix has stopped the errors however I still have the following problems:
– The database update that Elementor runs causes a memory allocation error until the pro vewrsion is deactivated and re-activated
– Pages display incorrectly and generate a server 500 error when trying to save until they have duplicated them witha plugin, deleted the old version and set the new version live
– The pro version activation causes all of the widgets in teh left hand column on teh “edit with Elementor” interface to be greyed out with a loading gif. Thanks

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More Than Just a Page Builder] 2.7.2 errorsFrom what I can see with a clean install it appears that Elementor doesn’t play well with the Rehub Theme
2.7.2 doesn’t work either, it throws up more errors: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/2-7-2-errors/

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More Than Just a Page Builder] 2.7.2 errorsThe ball has been well and truly dropped with the upgrades after 2.6.8.
Thankfully it was only on dev and not production sites in our case.Further update:
When Elementor Pro is activated non of the widgets on the left hand side of the edit page load, just a spinning loading gif and greyed outForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More Than Just a Page Builder] v2.7 not stableOk so now the latest version 2.7.1 works but NOT when the pro Version 2.6.5 is active. Basically the widget sidebar loading icon just spins
We solved the problem with pro by deactivating it then reactivating it after upgrading and activating the core plugin.
The error 500 was resolved by duplicating the affected pages with an off the shelf plugin, deleting the originals and setting the duplicated page live. I can’t imagine doing this on a large site though!!

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More Than Just a Page Builder] v2.7 not stableI upgraded to 2.7.1 and got the following errors
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 163840 bytes) in /home/dev4victvsco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-bookings/vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php on line 444
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 163840 bytes) in /home/dev4victvsco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-autoloader.php on line 54
However, I installed the update with Elementor Pro active. After deactivating Elementor Pro then reactivating it the error message disappeared.
I would therefore suggest deactivating both Elementor and Elementor Pro, installing the 2.7.1 then activating Elementor, then activating Elementor Pro
We’ve had loads of problems with the update to ver 2.7

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More Than Just a Page Builder] v2.7 not stableWe’ve noticed numerous issues:
– All the styling on pages disappeared
– Update resulted in memory allocation error nmessages, this was resolved by de-activating the pro version then re-activating it.
– Pages are failing to update in the “edit with Elementor” mode with an internal server error 500.The only way I’ve been able to get it back to a semblance of it’s working self is to duplicate pages withe a plugins, delete the originals and use the instate the duplicates as live pages. Luckily it’s a small site, I wouldn’t want to have to do that on a large site!
Someone has dropped the ball here.
