Thanks for reporting this. The recent update was a minor one, so it shouldn’t be affecting any of your templates. Are you using a custom theme?

Currently, you won’t be able to do this through the interface.
However, since each template is a post type, you can make it available on the public view by setting the view to public.

The “templates” in Aqua Page Builder are essentially a post type by itself, so to make it translatable should be straightforward as in translating other post types.
Let me know how we should go with this.

The “blog” block is a custom block that was added by the theme you’re currently using, Novelty. I’d advise that you contact the the author so that he can resolve this issue for you.
