Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [TI WooCommerce Wishlist] Plugin will not deleteIt’s not your theme’s folder. It’s in the files of the entire website. The plugin exists separate from the theme. It just happens to be automatically downloaded with the theme. Your website files will have folders for plugins.

In reply to: [TI WooCommerce Wishlist] Plugin will not deleteThis isn’t a solution from the developer, but I did figure out how to get it removed. I had to go to my website files and find the exact file for this plugin. This will not be in your WordPress dashboard. It will be in the admin side of your hosting service. If you don’t have access to that, then you probably have an admin that can delete the file for you.
Hello,
Hopefully it’s not too late to respond to this. The problem is persisting but now it’s worse. Before, the recaptcha and quizzes I created would only show if someone isn’t logged in or is in incognito mode. Now, it never shows. recaptcha doesn’t show whether I’m logged in or not. Quizzes don’t show at all.
I ran the error report suggested in the previous comment. What do I do next?
Thank you.
Yes, we discovered that it only shows when I’m not logged into my wordpress account. This is true of many Forminator elements. For example, quizzes don’t show when I’m logged in. It only shows for people who aren’t logged in or don’t have an account. I’m not sure if this is a bug in my system or the Forminator system.
Thanks!
Yup, I was referring to a quiz. That solves it. Thank you!
I’ll add my name to the request for that feature. It would be great to use a quiz as a lead magnet. For example, I have a personality quiz (one of those ‘Which [X] Are You?’ things). It would be great if I could have users enter their email address in order to see their results.
Thanks!
FYI, I’m having the same problem. I connected MailChimp and it says everything is connected properly. However, when I go to the Integrations tab in a quiz I created, it tells me I have no integrations set up.
I also cleared the site’s cache, but no fix.

Ok, I must be mistaken. I assumed since this is a WordPress plugin, the support was done through this forum. I didn’t realize it was connected to a Code Supply account.
Is that true of any sort of support or help I might need with this plugin?
Please don’t mark a ticket as resolved until you confirm that it actually is resolved.
The icon is still not loading for me. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and testing in different browsers and different devices.
Do you know what could be causing it to still not show for me?
Also, your link doesn’t show anything on the page so I can’t see what you’re referring to.
I cleared the site cache and the CDN cache (I use Cloudflare), but the icon still isn’t loading.
I added the code as directed but no change. I switched to V3 and still nothing showed. I opened the site in incognito mode and everything works. I tried in another browser and it works too. I tried viewing again when I’m logged out and it shows. So it’s still just not showing when I’m logged in.
By the way, I’m having the same problem with a quiz I created it. I can add it to a post or page and it shows in the editor, but I can only see it on a page if I’m logged out.
I added the element back so we can troubleshoot.
I think the problem is that it doesn’t show when I’m logged in. When I log out, use incognito mode, or use a different browser where I’m not logged in, the reCAPTCHA shows.
I’m not sure where this setting is. I found a setting to enable logged in submissions only, but that option isn’t checked.
I supposed it doesn’t really matter since it’s not like I’m going to be submitting forms anyway. It’s just odd.
I turned off caching for the form using the option you mentioned. I cleared by page and browser cache, but the field still isn’t showing on desktop. It shows on mobile though.
I just disabled the reCAPTCHA for now.
That’s what I figured would happen. I had cleared the cache but it was registering the new stuff. I decided to just give it 24 hours to fix itself. Looks like it did!
Hello!
I’m using V2 Checkbox.
I checked the Ajax setting and it is off. It was never on.

In reply to: How to add post count and rating to thumbnailOh, I’m sorry. I should have been more specific when I said ratings. I meant post ratings. So if readers could “like” or thumbs up a post, can I have that info (how many likes, for example) show on the thumbnail, along with the number of views.
I originally thought a plugin would work but now I’m thinking it has to be part of the theme.
Thanks
