Encounter a serious problem last week, my ticket was handled by Mamun, to the least, I would say he is very unprofessional. Hope you guys would look into improving competency of your support staff. Used to deal with Nazmul a few times, he is very good indeed, unfortunately I can’t say the same for Mamun.
