In our PRO package we have an option to not show popups for mobile devices, but your popup will be still available for other devices such as a desktop computers.

We have implemented FULL html logic inside our PRO version and also we are planing to include the same logic into the FREE version as well.
So in this case in our PRO package we support HTML and Iframe together.

All server configurations are different, and the reason of this issue always varies.
Generally speaking, happens that shared hostings have an execution time limit of X seconds for PHP scripts, which is not enough for performing full backup. A full website backup is a complex process which may take a couple of minutes depending on many circumstances. Could you please check if you have limitation on this configuration?

To create onclick popup just go to your site’s page, select the text and at the top of WP WYSIWYG editor you will see our plugin’s icon, click on it and select your desired plugin.
Currently we don’t support multiple images on a single popup.
The short code popup is only available on our PRO version.
