We can also setup a TeamViewer meeting if so is desired.Every server configuration is different, therefore sometimes strange things happen which bring to that 99% problem.

Thank you for contacting us.Are you sure that you selected a popup for a specific page?
For that you should go to the page that you would like to attach a popup and at the bottom of the page you will see the select box with all of your popups.
Just select your preferred one and save the page.

Our plugin works with that library, which is almost always installed in all hostings which support WordPress, because WordPress itself uses that library for Zip compression. Anyway, we have refunded you and we are very sorry to see you go.

According to your site’s resources we weren’t able to find our scripts, that means that there is no popup attached to the page or there is an unknown issue.
