Are you sure that you updated your page? If so please check you browsers’s console to see if there is any javascript error.
If the problem still exists please contact us and give us little more details so our developers can solve the issue.

Please follow the steps bellow and you can choose which popup show for current page.
1. Go to Popup Builder -> Create new
2. Save
3. Go to all pages and then select a page, after that you will be noticed that at the bottom there is metabox where you can preview/select your popup.
4. Update the page.
5. You are done ??

Actually this plugin’s main functionality is for showing promotions when a specific page loads, so you are right, you cannot set it over the click event.
