What I can see from your that your hosting does not enabled ZipArchive library.
Please contact to your hosting provider and ask to enable ZipArchive don’t worry this is common issue and easy to fix.Regards,

Could you please send us the logs that are generated inside our plugin, for that please follow the steps bellow:- Navigate to “Settings” section (1)
- Select “Log” tab (2)
- Press “Refresh” button to reload the shown logs (3)
- Copy and send it to us at [email protected].

Thats really strange, because first you didn’t enable the extension and now you have it twice.
Can you please make sure if you haven’t included the extension twice inside the php.ini file (search for phar.so inside)?Forum: Plugins
