In this case, maybe you can connect to your hosting provider and ask them to about FTP or cPanel? I think they will help you to get this info.

I think $arr in some cases is empty and when you call count function on a noncountable variable you will see that message.
In this case, you can some simple validation like

if (is_array($arr)) {
$count+= count( $arr );
}

Let go step by step:
1) Please deactivate Popup Builder plugin
2) Inside the wp_options table, you need to remove the row where option_name='cron' . This will reset all cron jobs and then the plugins will re-generate their cron tabs.

You can search for ‘user registration‘ inside the WP plugins repository and I believe you will find a plugin that will give you an option to customize the registration flow so that you can add your designed custom registration forms.

This is a digital software, that’s why the Refund Policy is strict, as we have no control over the product after it’s downloaded.
It’s a known fact that the PRO extensions are supposed to work with the Free (core) version of the plugin.
