As for the popup responsiveness, as you are using a contact form 7 embed code you should configure the form dimensions from your contact form 7 account.
We would kindly ask you to give it a try and let us know.
Also, please send us the URL where we can check the popup.
Meanwhile, could you, please, follow the article below and send the exported popup, so we can check its settings and try to troubleshoot the issue?
