Wierd, when I go to https://dev.brillianttv.co.uk/wp-login.php it gets me there. Enter username and password, it still hangs there and comes back with too many redirects on mine, despite clearing cache. If you go direct to https://dev.brillianttv.co.uk/wp-admin/index.php, enter username and password then, all is fine! Wierd!

In reply to: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS after upgrading to 4.7.2Hi again,
Right – I’ve identified now that if I enter: https://dev.brillianttv.co.uk/wp-admin/index.php, I’m asked for my username and password which I enter. It then logs in as normal. But if you just enter https://dev.brillianttv.co.uk/wp-login.php, you receive the too many redirects error.
Thanks.

In reply to: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS after upgrading to 4.7.2Hi @missybunnie, I’ve created an entirely new database. My WP install has been installed afresh. Still getting the too many redirects option. Wasn’t seeing table ending in options though. Could you give me a pointer please?

In reply to: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS after upgrading to 4.7.2Hi @missybunnie, I’m not sure to be honest. I can’t easily or quickly check either.

In reply to: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS after upgrading to 4.7.2Hi,
I too am having this issue. I installed a new design theme called Agama Pro, this crashed and I exported the site using Updraft Plus across to TSOHost. I’ve a mirror site at the moment, one at https://dev.brillianttv.co.uk and https://dev.brillianttv.co.uk/dev. I’ve also got mirrors at: https://tmrecovery.sykes-creative.co.uk/, https://tm.sykes-creative.co.uk/wp-admin/index.php and https://tmtestserver2.sykes-creative.co.uk/.The dev. ones aren’t working correctly and you can’t get into the wp-admin. The ones on sykes-creative.co.uk are all working fine. All the mirrors are using WP 4.7.2. The issues I’m having, to summarise are (and are related to .dev sites):
1. Unable to get into wp-admin (without disabling Agama-pro theme). You receive the following error: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.
2. Disabling Agama-Pro then resulted in an error which said that the twentyseventeen directory theme did not exist.I thought it was related to the Agama Pro theme, however, on my own server it works absolutely fine with no issues, I can back-up the site and restore it with no issues. As soon as the site is transferred to the other server, restoration issues occur too.
Anyone come across this before?

In reply to: 404 on login URLWho’s your host please? I wouldn’t put the details on here though for security.

In reply to: 404 on login URLFirst of all, I’d log into your host’s control panel and see if the database still exists for WordPress.

In reply to: 404 on login URLTo me it’s not looking like there’s a database connection there?
Hiya,
Yes indeed: https://dev.brillianttv.co.uk/timmy-on-oxford-united/.
The first three images have hyperlinks attached to them and are supposed to display a caption, only the first one does.
Thank you.
