Indeed, I saw that the page was back… layout completely messed up but back! ??

I have not done anything since I posted the post as I had no idea what else to try.

I did reactivate Karma and issue is still there. Even when I create a brand new page, formatting is not right.

Well… I guess I will have to manage to get the True Theme support team to accept to help (they don’t even reply anymore)… grr…

Indeed, website formatting looks better when using Twenty Fourteen, even with all plugins being activated.

Hi WPyogi. I am using a cache plugin (W3 Total Cache). I have tried deactaviting it yesterday but didn’t change anything.

Hello,
I have been able to restore my website so am sharing with you, maybe it can help. In my case, the upgrade to WP 3.9 had messed up my menus: it had created new menu samples with pages that had a different http address (e.g. home2 instead of home). Therefore my pages were not showing. I have deleted the sample menus and reset the navigation options: it solved the issue.
Hopefully it works also for you.

Unfortunately I don’t come with an answer but to report that I encounter the same kind of issue.

In my case, I had also chosen “single column, no sidebar” as setting for my pages. It worked for the pages I created on the same day. But it doesn’t work for new pages: “two columns, left sidebar” is back as default setting and I can’t change it (doesn’t let me chose another layout).

Would be great to read answer from support on this issue.
