In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to use this plugin for showing content to paid usersHi there @nims
I have a buyer seller website.
I want to show a button on each buyer/seller page “Pay $x to see contact details” so that a user can make payment to unhide the contact dewtails of the buyer/seller on that page.
The button has to be unique so that user pays and sees only that content.
Am open for suggestions if there is a better way to do it. I do not want membership option though.A membership plugin, like WooCommerce Memberships is an ideal plugin for this scenario.
As a workaround, you could create a simple virtual and downloadable product. The contact details could be contained within a pdf file that could be accessed upon purchase of the product.
I hope this workaround is helpful.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Categories with same name how do I see which is which?Hi there @miguel84,
I have categories with same name under different parent categories, when I’m in product edit page, to select category, I see a list of categories ordered by name, so I cant tell which is which. See picture:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/bl3q8s10m9jbpcq/Capture.PNG
I get a list like this under Product Category Panel to choose:
Accessories
Bags
Biscuits
Black Tea
Black Tea
Black Tea
Bulk
Custom CansIs there a way to show here a category tree? Or how can I tell the difference between them?
Thanks in advance!
Within your dashboard, head to Products > Categories. The “Count” column will show you how many items each category has. You can also click on the count number in that column to see which products are under that category.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product CountHi there @cat199567,
How can I display the “Number of Products” on my website regardless of whether they are in stock or out of stock. (Assuming each product has a quantity of 1)
I would like to have something along the lines of “Number of Products: XX”.
The amount of stock displayed on a site is controlled in a product’s Inventory settings (see https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#inventory-tab).
You’ll want to enable the “manage stock” checkbox and enter the “stock quantity. This will allow a generic “In Stock” message (with amount) to appear. See: https://d.pr/i/qhhdHG
If you’re wanting to change the “in stock” text to “Number of Products: XX”, that need to be done with a plugin. You’ll be able to find free plugins on https://www.ads-software.com/ by using the “custom stock status” search term.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping address requirement?Hi @mindphuk,
In my current shop I can place an order without having a shipping address filled out. How can I make this requirement and place an address form on the checkout page?
The shipping address options live in your settings at WooCommerce > Shipping > Shipping Options. That is where you can set the shipping destination to default to default to either a shipping or billing address, for example.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] PricingHi @hissizadam,
A product has various size options and prices vary according to these dimensions.
for example
Size 1: 1 USD
Size 2: 2 USD
Size 3: 3 USDIn this case, should I enter each product one by one according to the size options?
Is it possible to choose length and price on the same product page?Thank you
The page I need help with: https://malerdye.com/shop
The size and matching price options for this product can all be on the same product page.
You’ll want to make the product a variable product and follow the guide at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] You cant see anywhere on product pages to leave a reviewI have reviews enabled and on shop archives, you can see the empty 5 stars under each product since they dont have reviews yet but on each product page, there is nowhere to see or leave reviews. What am i doing wrong?
The page I need help with: https://massapothecary.com/store/
Reviews can be left under the Reviews tab on your product pages. For example, the Reviews tab is located under the product images for https://massapothecary.com/ablis-cbd-sparkling-beverage/.
Right now, there are no reviews for that product and login is required to leave a review.
Reviews and Product Rating settings can be changed under WooCommerce > Settings > General.
