I’m bumping this topic since this is something that we are really needing in our Job Manager install. Or even if it would mesh nicely with the Members plugin that would work too.

I wish I had time to take a peak at doing this myself but I don’t unfortunately. Any updates regarding this would be appreciated.

I’m in the same boat.

I just installed this plugin on a server as well, and am also getting the issue that it breaks all JavaScript files when JavaScript minification is enabled.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

thanks alchymyth that appears to have worked. I tried numerous other CSS values but didn’t think to add a float to the article[id*=post-].

just out of curiosity would there have been a better way to achieve the end style (thumbnail to the left of the post) than what I currently just did?

It might be something with the CSS but I tried a few different ways and couldn’t seem to fix it. @_@

I do not believe that the developer has implemented any type of user roles/permissions as of yet.

I’m curious about the same thing. I wold like to have the ability to assign posting of jobs to a specific role, it would be great if this plugin would play nicely with https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/members/ or something of that nature.

Any updates on new feature implementation Glenn?

Also, the simplemap website that is on the plugin info? Is that the correct website to go to for updates/questions/etc?

Confirming that the above “trick” does work. However, there is an update to the WP-Polls that will disable said trick if you agree to upgrade.

December is right around the corner so hopefully as posted there will be a better more permanent solution. I’m not sure I would recommend the trick as it might cause issues when a working version of wp-polls (with cubepoints) gets released. Not sure on that though.
