@evesblog, check to see if your /wp-content/themes/intrepidity/uploads/ folder is writable (i.e. 0755). You can change the folder’s permission by FTP program or your web host’s file manager.

To clarify, Intrepidity WordPress theme I announced is available for download from both www.ads-software.com and my site. Regardless of which site you download it from, its CSS, XHTML and design is released under GPL, as the theme homepage clearly states:
