thanks for explaining. I am (only) a designer and do not have much knowledge about these things. All I know is that I am trying to avoid Google and thus have chosen your plugin. I haven’t had any obvious issues with the tag you have mentioned above but like I said, I really don’t want any Google reCaptcha scripts to load in the background without me knowing it.

But I guess, it should be fine now. Thank you very much for looking into my topic!

Thanks to you I asked a more technical colleague to present your findings to the support of the host provider. The problem seems to be solved now but I was waiting for an answer so I could get back to you and report …

I have one more question actually (and in the meantime I might get an answer back from my colleague to how the problem was solved). I was wondering why the google recaptcha is mentioned in the browser console when I am actually only using the hCaptcha?

Well, as far as I have researched on forums, the paying customers are being served by the support. The plugin works well for some. Maybe you could be one of those lucky ones ??

I have exactly the same issue. Just like a lot of others – I found loads of tickets regarding this topic. Thanks for the script proposals by other users. But I don’t really want to mess around in anything else but CSS in my custom CSS box from my theme since I am “only” a designer and have no idea of scripting.

Therefore my question:
Where is the support for this plugin???? Not one satisfying answer comes from the plugin developer? It’s obviously not just a matter of turning an icon into another color … something needs fixing.
