    UPDATE:

So I ran a test page, to add a new row and 4 columns to replicate what we had and learn there isn’t a 4 column layout now? There is only up to 3 …

So I created a row with 2, 50s – and can see I have to rebuild the page.

It didn’t make sense to me that I would have to start revising block code for an update that throws an entire page out of whack inclusivie of alignments.

    THIS IS AN UPGRADE?

Not sure why you’re condescending or assuming this ISN’T ON STAGING (Assuredly, it is….) and I SAID SO, in my post …
Nor do I understand why you believe we don’t already have caching functionality or the ability to clear it. ??
Allow me to point you to Wappalyzer – it allows you to see what technology is running on websites.

    Thank you Hank. @poku1010
That’s great you were able to locate it and bypass the issue but frankly I dont know how you are seeing the code for blocks? When I inspect, I do not see any .wp-blocks-coblocks code AT all.

Then too, am I too write what you wrote (though the screenshot is cut off so I can’t see it in its entirety…) in my custom css?

Imagine that – closed. I am shaking my head.

“thanks for reaching out to us. This email confirms that we have received your ticket request (#292880) and we will process it as soon as possible. “

    Hello.

We use the Premium version and at the time I wrote this, it was activated so not sure why you would think it was not.

In any event, we have opened several tickets – and to our surprise, we keep getting answers that seem to have barely read our issue / request AND they continue to close the ticket!!??

On top of THAT, they stopped responding. We have an issue we need to remedy ASAP since we use this daily in our business operations and can’t afford to be waiting around for whenever they get around to responding.

The reason we have only ever opened ONE ticket is we didn’t have any issues UNTIL they changed the plugin over to REACT and its interrupting operation of other features on our site that use javascript.

Big problem. Huge. Shopping for another wishlist plugin because this is far from reliable or professional.

Same here. They just sent a request to update too. Imagine that.

Personally, I have to sit this one out and see what happens. I updated the other day and it broke our staging site. The template was a mess and it’s too much to start shutting all plugins off to suss out what is going on because of something that changed with Woo. We had to roll back the entire database to recover. Not safe to go on our LIVE site as far as I’m concerned. I can’t beta test a company site that is used daily for operations.

I had a similar issue and after jumping through several hoops trying to reach support (thru their form etc) — I reached out by mail and received the following message…

“Our plugin business has been acquired by EH Dev Shop. https://www.yikesinc.com/eh-dev-shop-acquires-yikes-plugins/

We are no longer involved with selling or supporting the plugins.”

Then, reached out to this so-called new owner and have not received a response yet …

THAT SAID, they’re still selling the PRO version – so WHO is getting the money and then WHO Is responsible for the operation?

    Hi Pepe,

Yes of course I’m using a child theme – that is recommended when one is customizing any template right?

Fortunately, I was able to suss out the css that needed to be revised a few days ago & found the site-main css with the margins and padding stripped to zeros – and moreover it was buried and obscure and also wasn’t allowing an overwrite of this particular module of code until I used the !important; property. But it’s working now – so there is Peace on Earth once again.

    Best,

    Laurie for Table Designs~

    @gdandrija
Thank you. I had left it alone for a little while, had other work to do and I tried it again a few weeks later on staging and it was ok.

Not sure what changed but it seemed to me you all fixed something…

That said, a new update just came out – I ran it on staging and it’s breaking the Uber Menu again. So, I disabled it and the menu is fine.

    Thought you should know!

    Hello again,

So…. I have been sorting my tabs – since I can now, and this is an issue.

I have many tabs, so being close to done moving them – only to turn around and see that they all resorted themselves and in no kind of logical way is rather disconcerting.
A real waste of time really.

Any light you can shed on this? :-/

    Thanks Jon,

My employer purchased premium for us last night and I’ve been able to get a lot more done in much less time. I found though that the tabs all reordered themselves, not sure how or why – since I had JUST recreated several so they were all grouped together – prior to our purchasing premium. All is well though because I am now able to drag and drop, but I did find that somewhat peculiar. For the future, I think it would be great if you gave the plugin the ability to also REMOVE by bulk. Thank you.

    Hi Jon

What I was hoping is that I could sort on the backend, actually IN the custom tab section so I could put all of the alike modules together – BUT when you say with premium you can bulk add – to multiple products, would that mean that for example I could add all 10 of the tab options in the order I want TO all of the products in category at once? (Not 1, multiple tabs) like the page example.

THEN I wouldn’t have to be concerned with them being in order on the backend – at the moment I am frustratingly adding one tab at a time to hundreds of a particular type of product (tiny voice cries helpppp meeee) ??
