In reply to: [Shop Isle] Theme not responsiveLooks responsive to me. What device are you using?
Clear your cache perhaps? Will this change be rolled out via plugin update soon?
Many thanks in advance.Ditto OP.
I’ve found that if I refresh the page/browser then it DOES load the menu correctly.
I too have been experiencing this problem on my site. I just tried the OP’s link, this too is failing to display the menu on mobile.
What about the email body text… Does that contain all the TM EPO data? No, the email mirrors the PDF content, or lack of.
Are you then maybe using the plugin “Code Snippets”? Yes installed, but disabled, I’d checked that in advance.
Or a ‘Custom functions’ section in your theme? No, same results with twentyseventeen activated.Another thing that could cause this is a third party plugin. When you say “product selection options/attributes”, is that default woocommerce variations/attributes, or are you using a third party plugin? However the catch is, it had all been working well together (yes we all know that phrase lol) BUT I’ve also got a subdomain with the exact same setup (wholesale in sub, retail in TLD). The sub domain continues to work as the TLD used to by creating the PDF with all the correct info attached. And that makes it very confusing. So could it be a database difference perhaps?
In a word, no. I’ve checked the functions.php file in child and parent theme.
Yes running 2.1.4. Have tried 2017 theme but same results. Where (which functionsphp file) would you like me to check for function.php filters please?

In reply to: [Shop Isle] returning customer login positionUntil the dev eventually comes back with a solution I came up with my own…
Use this plugin https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/login-with-ajax/Add the shortcode for the plugin above the woocommerce shortcode to your checkout page.
In woocommerce settings disable the options for displaying returning customer login.
Let me know if it works for you please.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Shop Isle] returning customer login positionThank you for your response.
The returning user login field is normally at the top of the checkout page, before the address fields, however on your theme it is lower down the page, just above the payment options fields.
How can I move it to the top of the page please, so that customers see the login option first rather than last.[ No bumping please. ]
