Hello There,
Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please elaborate on the issue that you are facing or the action that you are trying to perform where the fatal error occurred.
Once we have the details, Our technical team will look into the issue on priority and get it resolved within 24 hours itself.Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks & Regards,
Emma from TagembedHi Julia,
Hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out and sharing your concern.
As I can check, You activated the plugin last month on 14th April and embedded a twitter feed during your free trial. Since the Free Trial is valid for 14 days and Twitter is not available in our Free Forever Plan, your widget was paused at the end of the free trial.
We are happy to offer an extension on the free trial for few days in exception cases when customer request us by reaching out via Email/Chat however leaving a negative review isn’t the right or ethical way to get the extension.
We also noticed that you have now signed up directly on our web app with a different email address and embedded the twitter widget in the free trial of the new account.
We request you to remove or update your review as the Twitter feed is not available in the LITE (Free Forever) Plan and the error message shown is the expected and correct behavior. We are also revamping our plugin interface to provide a better quality and seamless experience to our users. If you have any specific concerns or issues with the Plugin, Please feel free to reach out to us and we would be happy to resolve the same on priority. We are available on Chat as well as via email ([email protected])
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks & Regards,
Emma from TagembedHello,
Greetings from Tagembed.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. At Tagembed, customer privacy and data security are our highest priorities. The intention behind automatically creating an account upon installation was to offer a seamless user experience. However, we now realize this approach violated privacy guidelines by not obtaining explicit user consent.
In response to your feedback and the WordPress review team’s requirements, we have implemented significant updates to our plugin. Users are now required to register after installing the plugin, ensuring full transparency and consent. Additionally, we’ve made several other enhancements to strengthen user privacy and security.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Your feedback has been invaluable in helping us improve our plugin, and we are committed to continuously enhancing its safety and functionality for all users.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a better experience.
Best regards,

Hello Jon,
Greetings from Tagembed. Thanks for reaching out.
We made a major code release in that period and the widget display issue might have occurred at your end due to browser cache which takes some time to get reset.
Rest assured, We have implemented necessary measures to ensure this doesn’t occur going forward.
Please let me know if you still see any type of issues and we would be happy to resolve the same on priority.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Anand,
The reason why you’re seeing the conflict is because the offered product and prices are different on the webapp and the Plugin.
In the Webapp, You can create the Company feed in Free Trial as well while In the Plugin, It is only available in the Plus Plan.Once you Sign-up from the webapp, It is not possible to use the same account via Plugin as this causes conflicts in the Database.
I’ve sent you an email with more details on how you can proceed. Please check.Hello Anand,
Greetings from Tagembed. Thanks for reaching out.
The LinkedIn Auto-update feature is exclusively available in the Plus Plan of our Plugin (Mentioned on our Pricing page as well). With Free Trial and other paid plans, You can create LinkedIn Manual Post URL feed.
I understand you are looking to try out the LinkedIn Auto-update feature. Kindly share your registered email address to [email protected] and We will upgrade your account temporarily to the Plus plan so that you can try out the feature and take a decision accordingly.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks & Regards,

Hello,
Greetings from Tagembed. Thanks for reaching out.
By Default, A limited number of historical posts (30-50) are fetched when you create a feed for the first time. Post that, all upcoming posts are automatically fetched.
If you require more posts, Our technical team can create a customized setup in backend to fetch all your historical posts. The customized setup can be provided in the Pro and Plus Plan. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks & Regards,
Michael

MichaelHello,
Greetings from Tagembed. Thanks for reaching out.
Yes, With Tagembed, You can easily integrate you LinkedIn company feed which updates automatically every 3-4 hours. The LinkedIn Auto-update feature is exclusively available in the Plus Plan.
Following is the difference between LinkedIn Manual and Auto-update –
LinkedIn manual (Post URL) – In this case, you need to manually put the URL of each post you want to add in the feed.
LinkedIn Page (Auto Update) – You just need to add the feed once by adding the Company URL and our system will automatically keep fetching all the latest posts regularly. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks & Regards,
Michael
