Hi @tdlanghe,
Good morning! I hope you’re having a great day.
I’m sorry to hear about the issue. I’d like to test it on my end, but I don’t have a VAT number starting with BE1. If possible, could you share it with us via email at [email protected]? I’ll check and consult our developer to see if there’s an issue with the VAT numbers start with BE1.
Thank you for your understanding.

Good morning! I hope you’re having a great day.
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing, but the plugin seems to be working fine on my end, as shown in this video I just recorded for you. Could you please record a similar video demonstrating the issue you’re encountering and share the plugin version you’re using? As for the link you shared, it is blocked in my area.

Thanks for confirming! I’m happy to hear that the issue has been resolved.
I’ll go ahead and close the topic now if you’re no longer experiencing any issues. However, feel free to reach out anytime if you need further assistance.

Hi @elisirdargan,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I can now see the issue—you are using both the free and pro versions of the plugin, but with different versions. Since you are a pro user, there’s no need to keep the free version. Please deactivate it and update the pro version to the latest 3.6.7 (instead of 3.6.1).
As a pro user, we recommend reaching out via our email ticket system for direct support. However, since the issue is almost resolved, if you encounter any problems during the update, please consider reaching us via our support email: [email protected]. I’ll be happy to guide you through the update process if needed.

Hi @devdmnv,
I believe the issue might be simple. Could you try replacing
alg-wc-custom-email_11
withalg_wc_custom_11
and see if that resolves it?If the issue persists, please consider reaching out via email.
Thanks!
Hi @letone,
Good morning, and thanks for reaching out! I hope you’re doing well. Apologies for the delayed response to your inquiry.
I’m not entirely sure I fully understand the issue you’re facing, and I’d like to replicate it on my end to guide you through the resolution process. However, I’m a bit confused by your description, could you clarify what you mean by:
“But when I add it to a page that is not a product?it allows to add more than 3, and in the cart page, it is working fine.”
To help us resolve this more efficiently, could you provide some screenshots or a recorded video demonstrating the issue? That would greatly speed up the troubleshooting process.
Additionally, could you let me know:
- What option you are using for the limit? (e.g., per category or another setting)
- Have you tried enabling “Validate on Add to Cart” in the General tab?
- Have you tested the options “Hide ‘Add to Cart’ button on Shop Page” and “Hide ‘Add to Cart’ button on Product Page”? These options allow you to display a customizable message to your customers instead of the button.
Please let me know if I’ve understood your issue correctly, and I’ll be happy to assist further!

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out, and apologies for the delayed response.
By default, the plugin ignores taxes in the profit calculation. However, if you’d like to include them, you can enable the “Taxes to Profit” option in the Orders tab. This setting allows order taxes, such as VAT, to be included in the profit calculation.
Additionally, please ensure that the “Get Price Method” option in the Products tab is set to “Includes Tax” for this setting to take full effect.
After making these changes, please recalculate the orders and, if necessary, clear the analytics cache by navigating to:
WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics CacheIt’s important to note that after adjusting these calculation settings, you may need to recalculate costs and profits from tools tab for existing orders to ensure historical data accurately reflects the updated calculations. If any misconfiguration was present, recalculating should resolve any discrepancies after updating the settings.
Let me know if you need any further assistance!
Hi @tonyrobins,
I hope you’re doing well.
This is a follow-up regarding the UK VAT validation issue. It has now been fixed by using VATSense services. To continue using VAT validation, you’ll need to obtain an API key from VATSense (free for up to 100 VAT checks per month).
Please make sure to update to the latest version 4.3.2, and you will find a new field for the VATSense.com API key in WPFactory > EU VAT > Validation. Once updated, enter your API key there.
Let me know if you need any further assistance!
