Hello @a4jpcom,
Good morning, and thank you for reaching out!
I’d like to confirm that the plugin is functioning properly and has been assisting thousands of users in managing their files during the upload process. If you’re encountering any issues related to this functionality, I’d be more than happy to assist you in resolving them.
To ensure everything is working as expected, I’ve enabled the plugin and uploaded files to test the process. It appears there are no issues, files were uploaded successfully and renamed automatically.
Could you please provide some details about the issue you’re facing? With more information, I can help you find a solution quickly and effectively. Looking forward to your response!

In reply to: [Export Products, Orders & Customers for WooCommerce] ImportHi rcwgsy,
Thanks for reaching out! While the primary function of the plugin is to export data and provide customizable options for exporting different fields, you can try importing the exported file using WooCommerce’s built-in importer. It should work seamlessly if the file format aligns with WooCommerce’s requirements.
If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, feel free to let us know!

Hi Mervyn,
I’m glad to see that your issue has been resolved, Just a small note: when granting admin access to your website, please ensure to share it privately via email rather than in the forum for security purposes.

Hi Irena2811,
Thank you for reaching out! Yes, you can do that. After enabling the plugin, navigate to Settings from the General tab under Admin Title, then go to Order Options and select Require Payment Gateways. Finally, choose Cash on Delivery as your payment method.
Please note: These “Order Options” are only relevant for custom emails related to orders. They are ignored for emails triggered by events unrelated to orders (e.g., reset password notification).
If you need any assistance, feel free to let us know!
