Hi @cyilmaz10,
Thanks for reaching out, and please accept my apologies for the delayed response.
I’m sorry for the issue, but I’m not sure it is related to our plugin. The customization problem you’re experiencing seems to be related to the theme you’re using. Please try switching to a different theme and test again.
If you still believe the issue is related to our plugin, could you let me know which theme you are using and exactly where you want to change the notification? I’d be happy to assist you further.
Looking forward to your response!
Hi @markcowell,
I hope you’re doing well. Sorry for the late reply.
I tested this using MWB Bookings for WooCommerce since I believe the plugin you mentioned is a paid version. If they function similarly, the booking should be treated as a product, meaning you can include it in Cash on Delivery in the Per Products tab, and exclude other products if needed.
However, if your issue is different from what I described, could you provide more details? You can also share a direct link to the plugin so I can test it and advise you accordingly. If it’s a paid version, creating a support ticket would be the best way to investigate the issue further.
Looking forward to your response!
Hi @elsappy,
Good morning! I hope you have a great day.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue. However, since it is showing €80, that means this value has been set somewhere in the settings.
Could you please check under WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Zones and review all the Free Shipping methods? See if any of them have €80 set as a condition (Minimum order amount), it might be pulling the value from there, also can you try to enable “Force update via AJAX on any page load” on Advanced options tab.
For better troubleshooting, could you also provide some screenshots of the Shipping Zone settings and the Manual Amount tab? If the issue persists, this will help me get a clearer view of the situation.
Thanks for your understanding! Let me know how it goes.

Hi Everyone,
We sincerely apologize for this issue and any inconvenience it may have caused. Our developer is actively working on a fix, and we will release an update as soon as possible.
In the meantime, for those experiencing this error, you can rename the plugin file (e.g.,
order-minimum-amount-for-woocommerce-old
) via FTP to disable it. Then, you can roll back to version 4.5.6 using the Advanced View in WordPress. We appreciate your patience and understanding. The issue will be resolved soon!
Best regards,
Hi @wood1e,
Sorry for the late reply!
Just to clarify, On the free version you still have access to the General Amounts tab, where you can set:
- Min sum & quantity
- Max sum & quantity (for all products)
- User roles to define specific amount limits per role
However, for the other tabs, you will need the Pro version. If the General Amounts tab suits your needs, you can use it without upgrading.
Let me know if you need any help setting it up!
I can see, but to use this feature, you need the Pro version, as it is not available in the free version, unfortunately. The option may be visible, but you won’t be able to enable it, so it won’t function.
Let me know if you need any further clarification!
Hi @wood1e,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re encountering with the Min/Max Order Amount plugin. Please make sure to enable the following options in the General tab under the Checkout options section:
- Prevent users from placing orders with wrong amounts
- Prevent API users from placing orders with wrong amounts
I tested it on my end, and I was unable to place an order unless the limit was met.
If you’re still facing the issue and you’re using Express Checkout (PayPal), please ensure that the following option is enabled in the Compatibility tab:
- “Disable PayPal buttons if the limits are not respected”
Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance!
Hi @samrot,
Good morning, and thanks for reaching out and notifying us about this issue.
I was able to replicate it using the Storefront theme, but only with the block-based cart and checkout pages. With the classic-based cart and checkout, it seems to be working fine.
I’ve reported this issue to the developer, and I’ll update you as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience!
Hi Tarkan,
Thanks for reaching out! Apologies for the late reply.
Let me check with the development team, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience!
Best regards,
This is a follow-up regarding the issue with products gallery images . We have released a new update that allows you to choose the Gallery Image URL for export.
Please update to the latest version, give it a try, and let me know if everything works well on your end.
Looking forward to your feedback!
I hope you’re doing well. Apologies for the delayed reply.
If I understand your query correctly (please feel free to correct me if I got it wrong), you can achieve this functionality with the pro version of the plugin using the Quantity Calculation – Group by Product Category option in the General tab.
By enabling this, the discount will apply only to specific products within the selected category. Since you prefer a fixed price discount rather than a percentage, you’ll need to:
- Enable the Per Product Category option in the General tab.
- Navigate to the specific category and enable the discount settings.
- Configure the following values:
- Discount Type
- Number of Levels let say one.
- Min Quantity, 32.
- Discount Amount the fixed price you want.
With these settings, the discount will apply only to products in the selected category and will be based on the total cart quantity.
Let me know if this helps or if you need any further clarification. I’m happy to assist!

In reply to: [Order Minimum/Maximum Amount Limits for WooCommerce] Amount left messageHi @paulabender,
I hope you’re doing well.
After enabling the plugin and setting the max value in the Amount tab, navigate to the Messages tab and enable both options:
- Always display messages, regardless of the requirements
- Display messages even if the cart is empty
Then, edit the message text to fit your case, The available short codes (
%diff%, %diff_raw%
) for showing the different is only woking with the minumn amount becuase it shows the value in minuse. However, please note that the notification can only be displayed on the cart or checkout pages—there is no option to show it on the shop page.Let me know if you need further assistance!
