You can add a normal checkbox field or a terms and conditions field in the form and then in the Mailchimp integration settings, you can set conditional logic to send the data to Mailchimp only if the checkbox is checked, see this screenshot.

You can set the width and height within the image tags, check this screenshot.
Just add – width=’200px’ within the img tag as per the screenshot, you can change the value from 200pm to whatever value you want.

You can convert the links to images using custom JS codes. Here is a code snippet that you can add to the custom JS section of Ninja tables.
You have to add the class name – my_image in the column settings, see this screenshot.

If you are asking about the Wordpres user profile picture, then it isn’t possible to set the profile picture from the file/image upload field of Fluent forms as the profile picture had to set from gravatar.

The [ff_if] shortcode won’t work in a custom HTML field. These shortcodes only work in the case of confirmation message and emails.
