I just wanted to add some feedback, I had a similar sort of issue but it was because I had not defined a root, and I found that the family tree would at times select a person with a name that started with the letter A, if I would have read the help files I would have been able to fix my problem myself. However as you do, I jumped onto an e-mail and the_arv sorted out my issue in real time despite me being on the opposite side of the world. I can’t tell you (actually I can tell you), in all my years of drifting in and out of IT, I have never communicated with a person so friendly, knowledgeable and willing to stick with you till it was resolved. Mate, I take my hat off to you, as we say down under, ‘Bloody Ripper’.
