I had disabled the filters due to the problem. I just reactivated them so you can check.
I made the correct setup as per the tutorial, but still the problem persists. I cleared the network cache and tested access from other networks as well. I honestly don’t know what happened.
I made a video of the problem and the setup, but I didn’t find where to post it here. Do you have any emails that I can send you?
