Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately I had to copy the site over as I will also be modifying the old site on the old domain.

Yes I imported the database to my new db user: ridecambodia
I did then use a search and replace plugin to change all URLs to the new domain.

I uploaded all the FTP files to new site, then exported all of the content from the old site using wordpresses built in ‘export tool’, then installed wordpress on the new domain and imported all of the content.

I did an error when importing the new content and a lot of the settings had changed and I had to manually edit theme and widgets again.

I did upgrade to wordpress 3.7.1 with the new site – the old site is still running with wordpress 3.6

Could this have made a difference do you think?

I didn’t no – but they’re only lightbox plugins so shouldn’t affect it should it?

The gallery is just a standard wordpress gallery – nothing fancy.

Tried that but no joy.
