Hi Savvas,
Disappointing/nonexistent support. I had seen that in several reviews for your plugin and it would stop us purchasing your premium version.
Thanks, I’ve just done that.

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Suddenly Stopped Showing Broken LinksI’ve had the same experience. I know there’s a broken link on my site but the plugin isn’t returning any results.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Most of Site’s Pages Excluded from Google IndexThanks for your response. That was the approach we took for the first few weeks, but we’re nearly 3 months in now and the list of excluded URLs isn’t going down.

In reply to: Fatal Error class-wp-block-supports.php since 5.8 UpdateYes upload the unzipped wp-includes directory via FTP.

In reply to: Fatal Error class-wp-block-supports.php since 5.8 UpdateYes that would work.

In reply to: Fatal Error class-wp-block-supports.php since 5.8 UpdateIt looks like this was caused by a partially completed update. Some of the files inside wp-includes were updated, some not. I copied over the whole wp-includes directory from a successfully updated site and all is fixed again.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact Form 7 not working on all my websitesYes I think 5.4 had major updates (https://contactform7.com/category/releases/), and I don’t want to criticise the author of a free plugin which has been excellent for years, but testing would/should have highlighted the problems in common installations with caching software and ReCaptcha. I don’t understand why these issues weren’t ironed out before full release, and/or a detailed guide to help us proactively prevent issues which have been widely reported.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact Form 7 not working on all my websitesThanks for the tips. While I’m looking for a replacement to CF7 I’d like to correct the issue that I’ve always had with getting a date field to work with Safari, all my clients complain that the date picker or manual entry causes problems in Safari – if anyone has a good fix for this I’d be grateful.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact Form 7 not working on all my websitesI do use ReCaptcha v2 on most sites, I think there is a perfect storm of caching plugins, ReCaptcha and the new update of CF7 which has been widely discussed for a few weeks now so I’m surprised the authors have not released a guide to their findings and how we can all proactively keep these features working together.
What did you replace ReCaptcha with?

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Recurring Events Causes Empty LinkHi Jaime,
Thanks for responding. I did raise a support ticket (Ref: BPK-MGPBZ-820) but the person who responded refused to correct the error, hence me trying other routes to get support. He wrote:
Hello Andrew,
Thanks for reaching out. I’ll be happy to answer your questions.
To be able to achieve what you’ve described will involve writing custom code and modifying the template files for our plugins and unfortunately this is not covered by our support policy.
However, if you want to go ahead and make the changes yourself, then I’d recommend you take a look at our guide to customizing the plugin: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/guide/customization/
If this is a feature you’d like to see in the future, you can make the suggestion on our UserVoice page: https://tribe.uservoice.com/
Alternatively, this could be accomplished with custom development. We have a relationship with Codeable if you’d like to pay someone to build that: https://support.theeventscalendar.com/093589-Custom-Development
Let me know if you need more information.
Best regards,
Marho
