I’m having the exact same problem – https://www.talktalkchina.com/feedburner_146619/. I also don’t have a .htaccess file. I’m running WP 1.5 on Windows Server 2000. I created a blank .htaccess file (just in case) but it is still blank after a re-installation of the plug-in. Should it be blank? If not, what code needs to be added?
