Just to clarify things. When I have sent a test email to myself as seen in the video screenshot above I have not yet enabled the template in Yaycommerce plugin design window.
Should I be enabling it in the design window before sending the test email?

Hi there,
Here is the link as requested. As you can see in the design section of the YayMail – Woocommerce Email customiser the text in the order section is aligned and looks perfect. At the bottom in the Shipping Address and Billing Address sections the text is normal (not italic) but when this same email is sent as a test to my inbox the text in the order section is not aligned and the text in the Shipping Address and Billing Address sections are italic.
As you can see we have added some custom CSS code to format the email so that the text in the order section is aligned and the italic is removed but for some reason when we send the test email this CSS code is being removed?

With regards to finding out which payment method was involved with the three £0.00 orders how do I do that? How do I find this information?

We have seen the three £0.00 in the WooCommerce orders list. The page url of the Thank You For My Order page is not known to anyone and so the only way to get there is to purchase a product successfully but somehow these three users are managing to reach this page despite having failed £0.00 orders.

I updated the WooCommerce database first on the Staging website. I am looking at the orders page. Should it now show all the past failed orders? Or will it only show failed orders from now on?

Thank you very much for all this advice. And yes I am aware that I can export the WooCommerce orders via the WordPress export feature but I am looking to find a way to export just a specific Order status as this will be less time consuming.
If you can add a Custom Order Status feature that would be brilliant! And of course I realise that its the summer time. So enjoy your vacations.

I think this is a Custom Order status created by one of our team using the WooCommerce Order Status plugin.
