I am not using a cashe plugin- and it won’t allow me to disable just 1 plugin – if Tutor in enables ALL my plugins are active – I have tried using your help line on the website-I purchased pro and now want a refund as I can’t even upload it to my site

Hi – yes there is a conflict however I can’t get anyone to address it – it seems the Bambora extension has not been updated to interact with the new woo commerce plug-in

Hello – just wondering if you are going to update compatibility with your Bambora extension – it is currently only compatible up to Woocommerce 5.8.3 – when I updated my site it is throwing all kinds of errors

Do you happen to use jetpack on your website- I had plugin updates yesterday and ended up with a fatal error – and now everything is gone – all my plugins and I can’t seem to install anything – my theme says it doesn’t exist and when I try to install the same or even a different one – it says installation failed – could not create directory – any ideas??

Actually I found your hidden skip and deactivate – which actually allowed me to deactivate and later delete your plugin – and it removed the code that was on my main page as well

hi James – I will definitely report the issue = I have gone thru and deactivated and re-activated all the plugins – that’s how I found the calendar issue – I have changed the theme – funny thing about that – when I try to use a Safari browser – I can’t see my site – when I changed the theme – it showed up – and it’s not the computer I can see it on the firefox browser on the same computer – it made no difference to the editor issue – Not trying to be difficult but there’s a whole lot of strange happening with the site – and I actually just re-built the whole thing – it worked great till the update to 5.1.1

The editor is the same as before – it just takes care of the Health check errors that occur for REST API availability and the loopback error – which when I run it on the individual plugins show that the problem is with the My Calendar

HTTP Requests HTTP requests should be working as expected.
REST API availability The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10004 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
Communication with www.ads-software.com www.ads-software.com is reachable from your server.
Background updates A plugin has prevented updates by disabling wp_version_check().
No version control systems were detected.
Your installation of WordPress doesn’t require FTP credentials to perform updates.
All of your WordPress files are writable.
    Loopback request
The loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10004 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

This is the health check read out with the My Calendar plugin active – I don’t want to deactivate it – it looks good on the public view – it just seems to throw errors

Hi James _ that box is not checked – I have been trouble shooting and I seem to have got it down to a problem with the My Calendar plug-in – when I deactivate it the REST API availability problem goes away and the loop back isn’t an issue – but I still have to use the classic editor to make any changes – I apricate any insight you can give me with this problem

    Hi Mika,

Thanks for responding – this is what I needed – so when I run that app here’s what I get

The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Now how do I resolve this?? I have reached out to my hosting provider and they direct me back here – and as you can tell by the thread I didn’t get any responses that were helpful till now

Glad to hear it Susan – How did you get in touch with a moderator – I an using Microsoft Edge and I don’t see any extensions to disable and I am still unable to get anywhere – I can’t even see my site on Safari so it’s something else in there

I found that I had to select the print to see- so go over it like you’re going to copy paste and the existing stuff will show up and you can make little changes
