A quick fix would be: find this line
$email = $form->getValues()[’email’];

Change that to $email = $form->getValues()->email;

Thanks for your review. We are constantly working on integrating entire readygraph functionality into wordpress plugin. The slow connection thing which you mentioned, will be fixed in the next update to use CDN service. The next update contains a lot more changes and settings. Stay tuned..
