I am having this same issue. In my case if someone returns something we offer shipping back to them and I cannot create a new label anymore it just shows a button to track 1st label created. This needs to go back to the way it was or we might as well go back to using paypal multiorder shipping which was a pain. Thought you had something great here until this . . . .

Hello I went out of town and I thought that i had a work around the problem because I duplicated a product instead of creating new and it sorted correctly. However I found out it only worked because the product I duplicated coincidentally would have been put in the order because the product I duplicated had almost the same name ?? Anyway, I looked at your self help guide and made a staging area with a duplicate test site and changed to the storefront theme and created a new product and it still put the product at the front of all other products not alpha order. I also uninstalled all plugins except WooCommerce and added a product with no luck. Any suggestions on where I go from here?

I still have not been able to solve this it would seem that WC support would want the product to work out of the box with the appropriate settings working for what they intend to do instead of suggesting to just add another plug in.

I did find out though if I duplicate a product and create a new product that way the alpha order is correct. But still cannot get alpha order to work if just start out making a new product on its own. Any chance this can get looked at maybe it is a bug in WC.

ok so when i changed this setting

WC product images
= main image width 600×600, thumbnail width = 150×150 to 300×300 to match wp media thumbnail settings and mystile thumbnail settings all category pics were fixed as well.

So I guess you have to make sure that all setting areas for your images have to match re product image and thumbnail size and make sure in WP media settings and WC thumbnail settings cropped is selected if you want all to be square and that when you import your images into WP they are at least the same size or bigger than your settings.

I hope I have all that correct.

P.S. I do like that WC 3.3 automatically fixed images without having to run regenerate thumbnails each time a change was made. Thank you.

ok so i changed all the settings in Mystile settings, WP media settings and WC product images to the above recommendations and did not resize any of my pictures I have over 300 . . . but instead i regenerated thumbnails and it worked! BUT only for the single product images. So now I need to know how to get the category pics to not be blurry

ok i will try these setting and resize. But is it recommended that I resize within the WP media library or delete pics from server and then resize using Irfanview and bring back into WP media library and then set product image? Also one issue besides being blurry was they were too big, any recommendations on what the settings should be to make them smaller only for main product image? FYI that picture you show being about 512×517 was originally sized outside WP/WC at 300×300 so something “made” it bigger when it was set as product image where you see those measurements of 512×517 . . . .

Thanks for the answers; to Mike: The reason i’m wanting to do this is because when i use the default gallery with WC my gallery pictures are huge 300×300 and I had adjusted the thumbnail sizes to be smaller in the mystile1 theme, WC product display and WP media and regenerated all thumbnails but they still come up under the single product image as huge. I also installed a plugin called wooswipe and that would work but that would make the pictures blurry when a customer would click on the gallery image it would put it in the single product frame but would be blurried. I think that is because the plugin was resizing the gallery images to around 90×90 and then when the image went up to the product box it would blow it back up to 300×300 and be blurry. So that is why I am trying this now.

found it! It was in WooCommerce that is confusing since email comes from “[email protected]” Anyway was in WC, settings, products and the little link underneath called inventory.

thanks but have no experience with what file to open, how to open and then how to save it back again.

this has been solved. What it was was even though you set each file to a specific size e.g., 4mb, that does not mean both uploaded files can go over 4mb. Total of all files uploaded needs to be 4mb, I thought it could be that both files could be uploaded at a max of 8mb. Anyway solved, so far, thank you.
