Reminder: to create a page, go to Pages > Add New

Home Page: (if not already created) create the Page you want to use as the Static Front (Home) Page.
Posts Page: (if not already created) create an empty page. Give it a title that will be used on top of your posts list. This step is mandatory as you are modifying WordPress default setting. Any other content other than Title will no be diplayed at all on this specific page.
Setting: go to Settings > Reading, then ‘Home page displays’.
Static Page setting: select a static page (instead of the default Your latest posts).
Home Page setting: in ‘Home page’ list, select the page you want for Static Front(Home) Page.
Posts Page setting: in ‘Posts page’ list, select the empty page you created. Do not select any page with content, as it will not be displayed.
Save your settings by clicking ‘Save Changes’ button.

This would be obviously a great option for many many user of the OSM plugin.

On a sidenote: i guess that more than 100 000 ppl from all over the world uses the OSM-plugin. So i imagine that there are many many ppl are waiting at the fences and would be interested too.

I look forward to the further dicussion on that interesting feature.

first of all: very impressive site: very well designed: it looks awesome.

Regarding the issues with FF i cannot say anything.
But – did you try out it with Vivaldi!?

It (vivaldi) runs a Chrome-engine.

With Firefox and its derivatives the map keeps blank with no track displayed and focused to California instead of Germany.

this is quite strange.

well i am just in the early planning stages of using osm-plugin.

At the moment i am gathering the first information about this great plugin – and i have to say: i am impressed. I like this plugin very much.
