Answering my own question, I changed to the Twenty Twenty-Three theme and then the default behavior works. So, the conflict is with our theme.
Hi,
Thank you for the super fast response. I deactivated the Swatches plugin and got the same behavior. That is, the default product was displayed only at the very beginning of the page load. Once loaded, the default was not selected. So, this is not a plugin problem. Something has gone wrong with woocommerce and perhaps the customizations the past developer had in place.
Thank you.
Yes, my failed login attempt did display on Live Traffic.
Regarding brute force protection, the settings are default.
– brute force protection ON
– Lock out after how many login failures =20
– Lock out after how many forgot password attempts =20
– Count failures over what time period =5 minutes
– Amount of time a user is locked out =5 minutes
– Immediately lock out invalid usernames =unchecked
– Immediately block the IP of users who try to sign in as these usernames =blankI’ll send the htaccess file contents to your email address.
In Wordfence > Options,
Enable brute force protection > ON
Enable Rate Limiting and Advanced Blocking > ONUnder Rate Limiting, all of the if.. exceeds parameters are set to unlimited. Clearly, I need to learn more about Wordfence. ??

In reply to: [Pinterest RSS Widget] Plugin returns no images – fix includedThank you for posting Dalton. My various feeds stopped working. The URL was https://pinterest.com. I changed it, as you said, to https://www.pinterest.com and the feed is working again.
I had the same problem. “0 images were uploaded” to NextGen Gallery.
It was a conflict with the Mint Sliders plug-in. I deactivated that plugin and NextGen uploads resumed working.
