Thank you!
Oh I’m so sorry! Honestly, I really appreciate how helpful and generous with your time you have been, but I gave up with this plugin. It just seemed like one thing after another. I now use FooGallery instead which works much better.

In reply to: [Visual Portfolio, Photo Gallery & Post Grid] Unusable due to instructionsWe’ll have to agree to disagree. I have gone with FooGallery which is exceptional on every level.
I have the free version so there is only one type.
oh, I’m not having much luck. I just tried to upload another using the sizing you recommended. it’s showing in the back end gallery manager, but not on the actual webpage. do you know why that might be?
okay, my apologies.
yeah, that worked, but frankly, it means your plugin is useless. that’s a ludicrously small size.
It’s a jpg. The image uploaded fine. It’s the thumbnail which was not created.

In reply to: upgrading MySQL serverthanks for your post michael, but the problem is that i have a different version of phpMyAdmin on the old server that i am trying to get the info off. the instructions for backing up my DB don’t completely apply since i don’t have some of the options available to me.
the only options i have are:
View dump (schema) of database:
Structure only
Structure and data
Data onlyand i would assume at that point i would choose ‘structure and data’, yes?
Then I have:
Add ‘drop table’
Complete inserts
Extended inserts
Enclose table and field names with backquotes
Save as file ( “zipped” “gzipped” )and here i would choose ‘Add ‘drop table”, ‘Enclose table and field names with backquotes’ and then save as a zipped. right?
that seems to be the closest to the instructions given. is that correct? will the back up still work when i can’t add the auto increment?
thanks again for your help.
