Hi,
1. The shipping way you have is that a free shipping way (standard woocommerce shipping way) without any restrictions?
– Yes, we have given a free shipping option.
2. If you create a Flat rate shipping way on 10 euro to test and remove your free shipping and turn on the “show shipping in iframe” will it behave the same with the reload?
– Yes, it doesn’t loops when given a flat rate, which is very intresting..it seems no free shipping with iframe handling shipping details.Do let me know what you make of this.

One important update..the point regardingUnder Shipping settings, do you have this enabled or not:
disabling/unticking it seems to stop the looping..what could be the reason and is it okay to keep it unchecked..and as stated before we do not have custom shipping plugin installed.Hey Andreas,
Okay, will notify client and ask for the account credentials for that, do we have the url or website for the woocommerce support or common link for klarna checkout..please do share that..and as for the points :
1.Under Shipping settings, do you have this enabled or not:
– Yes, it’s ticked and we do not use cutom shipping plugin (with addtional info)

2. Also how many decimals is set in your store? It looks like 0 but should be 2.

Have you confirmed that your account has been setup correct for recurring with Klarna?- Yes, we have verfied with the client the process regarding recurring has been setup correclty and accordingly (as given in the link – https://docs.krokedil.com/klarna-checkout-for-woocommerce/get-started/recurring-payments/)
2. Does it work with a regular woocommerce subscription product without free trail and signup fee?
– Yes it does, it just starts looping when given trial and signup fee.
3. If you check the Klarna logs under —> woocommerce —-> status —-> logs and look for Klarna. Can you find any errors in the logs?

the demo url shared contains clean installation of woocommerce and klarna with basic theme (storefront), yet we still seem to have the issue, now we can’t seem to figure out what seem to be causing the issue..do let us know if you need additional info or if we need to discuss in depth (on another way of unfiltered communation)Thanks again, will await your reply.

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Not serving webp images & background bulk optimizationlet me clarify, we need it such that the images served via offloaded media should serve webp format (for images which are converted) while for unavailble webp, serve default png/jpg format (which are not converted).
I already know what you’re saying regarding the background optimization, what we need is bulk optimization happening in background as we can’t keep the tab open for optimization (as it’ll take days for converting all files) as our files are in thousands in amount (around 400k), so is there any solution for this.
