What was the issue? You stated you saw the issue but didn’t identify what the issue was?
I’m using WP Page Builder Framework Pro, along with Elementor Pro – the only other plugins are the Awesome Support and Awesome Support Custom Status plugins and the Classic Editor. If your plugin can’t work with those, then there’s a real big problem here.
Also, the allowed types of file uploads is already added (jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx).
Our clients are able to attach things and they get no error – so they assume we are getting the attachments. We are not. We do not see any attachments and have no indication an attachment was provided other than the clients asking if we got it.

In reply to: [Tawk. To Live Chat] TAWK Not Working NowHi @papii23 – it appears after clearing the browser and server cache that the plugin was somehow disconnected from the plugin dashboard and was no longer “logged in”. At first it looked like everything was fine and there was no apparent reason not to use the plugin. But once the caches were cleared, the plugin asked us to login and once we did, all was good again.
Try clearing your caches and see if the plugin asks you to log in. If not, I recommend deactivating, refreshing, and reactivating to see if that does it. If not, delete it and reinstall fresh.
Hope that helps.

In reply to: [Flamingo] FATAL ERROR WarningUPDATE: I was able to completely remove the plugin, re-install and activate it without issue. Not sure what caused the error, but it’s fixed now. Thanks!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Needs More Work As It’s Not Fully CustomizableHi Barry,
Unfortunately, my client decided against using the Events Calendar due to the fact it forces a date. Even if the plugin didn’t support “TBA”, it should at least offer users the ability to leave the date blank and NOT default to one. That’s frustrating in the sense that being forced to use something means it’s not flexible.I apologize because yes, the page template is customizable…IF you know how to do it. I can do it, but for my client to make changes, they have to hire me or another developer to do it. To me, that makes it developer-friendly but not user-friendly…or should I say, “client-friendly”.
I understand you can’t bend to the whim of every client request, but my first issue of not being able to leave the date blank isn’t unreasonable. My client loved how the events looked on the page visually, but having dates show up on events that weren’t locked in resulted in him asking me to not use the plugin. I’m bringing it to your attention but how many people find it doesn’t meet their needs and just move on…or worse, deactivate/remove it?
Anyway, we are living in the time and age of convenience no? So if you left the plugin as is and added the ability to leave the date off, would that be such an undertaking?
Either way, I appreciate your response – that’s twice someone has responded quickly. Sorry it had to be under these circumstances though.
Best!
