The Hand-Picked Products block is the one that comes with woocommerce so I have no idea why it’s not working. I have contacted woocommerce for a solution hopefully they will respond.

The black boxes are appearing on all pages. It doesn’t seem to be tied to a single redirect as its happening on pages. Ones that don’t have a redirect as well as once that do.

How do I know which logs are coursing the problem?

I’m not sure how I can help you see that I havent done any redirects in a while. Hopefully this link may help you work out whats going on.

I haven’t added a redirect in months. The only thing that changed was I updated some plugins and my theme and this happened. I then deactivated each plugin and the redirect plugin was coursing the problem. So not sure about what you mean. Cheers Tanya
