It would not be possible to send the credentials, but can you provide me some steps that I should try on my end to remove this issue. I am not using a paid theme. Its a wp bootstap master. Earlier I had faced a similar issue, but after deactivating your plugin and again activating the same solved it. It did not work this time around, as that is obviously not how it should be solved. So what do you think the reason for this issue? As I had also installed wpautop() control plugins, but this did not help me. Also, I did add wpautop() remove code in functions.php, but that did not help either.
