As a basic troubleshooting and in order to eliminate the possibility for conflicts/incompatibility, please activate a default theme such as Hello Elementor or Twenty Twenty then see if issue resolves. If that didn’t help please deactivate all plugins except Elementor, if the issue resolves you might activate them one by one to see which plugin causes the conflict.
