I’m experiencing the similar mobile responsive issue: when you click on any image of the portfolio it opens a pop up and it’s nearly impossible to close the pop-up image.

In addition I’m disappointed with the support I’m getting. I’ve submitted two questions 2 and 3 days ago and no response yet…

I’ve got the same problem, I’ve just installed the plug-in however sub menu doesn’t show at all.
