OK, so it looks like this was pure fluke – I upgraded to the latest WP and the whole dashboard went blank, so ran through plugins re-naming them one by one.

Turns out that Contact Form 7 was causing the issue somehow – so false alarm.

Still love the raptor plugin ??

Just spotted that too after turning it on and off a few times… would be better if values were kept for sure.

Just to say – we’ve fixed this on our site, so hope this will help anyone else.

We added this to our custom stylesheet:
iframe[id^="oauth2relay"] { position: fixed !important; }

and the scrollbar was gone

…and it’s back ??

Just to add, turned out the bar was appearing in Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer, but not the latest Firefox update.

Firefox just updated again (as it does) and the Get Conversion bar is back

we don’t use the disquis tab but the bar still appears. Most odd…

stopped working on my sites this morning – haven’t updated or changed anything. Most odd.

Unfortunately updated the plugin to 4.0 and now the shortcode just displays as the shortcode, eg [gold] simply displays as “[gold]”, both on pages and in widgets

Thanks itthinx – I’d already done all the googling and changed a few things to try solve it but nothing worked.

Bit the bullet and took live e-comm site down to turn off all the other plugins – and you’re right it did turn out to be a conflict with another plugin – in our case with WP-Simplify, now resolved.

Never ceases to amaze me how totally unrelated plugins can do that ??

just to add – I’ve been digging further and there is a javascript conflict with the new wp admin menu bar.

So if you’ve got a new install of WP I guess this awesome plugin won’t work.

(apparently this new admin bar is breaking a LOT of plugins)

I’m having the exact same issue – have installed and changed the image, set it live.

The tab appears on the site but doesn’t extend out. Works perfectly in admin.

Strange thing is I installed this several months ago on another site using the same theme and it worked perfectly.

Your website is still indicating the premium version that does what the free one used to do is $200 a year.

I know prices aren’t literally at $0 – but for anyone looking at the free plugin’s output, 3x $0 figures are less than helpful and they sit at that for several hours every morning (UK time).

If as you say the annual premium plugin subscription price has gone down from $200 as it was a few days ago to $40, then yes the new premium plugin looks a decent option.

But you must see how going from free to $200/year (now $40/year) looks from a users point of view – to degrade a fantastic free plugin’s function SO significantly that it becomes almost useless unless you pay up… does seem a bit underhand.

This was marked as resolved by someone without any answer.

The prices again today are all at zero.

Actually silver just went to $21.94 – but gold and platinum are at zero.

Even allowing for the new degraded free version only updating twice a day, prices shouldn’t be at zero surely?
