Regarding your offer – I decline! I have been burned more than once by your plugin. For the health of my business and website, I will never use your plug-in again. I had a potential client tell me that our site was down. As a business I wouldn’t never want to be put in this position again.

Thank you for fixing the issue, but this is not the first issue I had with this plugin. I don’t think I will be activating the plugin again, and it REALLY made reconsider purchasing for the pro version, plus none of my customers wanted to use the video feature. All my customers on use the written testimonial.

You click on “Edit” to edit the employees details, check on “Show Advanced Fields” to see the “Work” section is mission.

You are unable to change the following “Department”, “Job Title”, etc.

Also, hire a UX designer to help you. The sections mentioned above should always be editable by default. Make sure you update your user case studies to include this.

The plugin is STILL NOT WORTH $59/year. I have plugins that do way more than connect gravity forms to a Google sheet.

Worth maybe $19 or $29/year – yes.

Again, not worth $59/year – heck no! If I was everyone – save your money.

The insulation was not as intuitive and there is a lot of manual set up. It’s not like the plug-in automatically creates a Google form for you, or populates the headers for you. You have to manually do all of those things yourself.

I end up starting over and looked at a few stack overflows to figure things out. I got the plugin tested and connected.

You might want to update the instructions on how to connect the plug-in into the Google sheets and also provide screenshots. For someone who is non-technical this might be difficult. Just a suggestion.

Troubleshooting steps

I deactivated all the plugins. And enabled on Woocommerce and the plugin. Nothing is working as expected. I am experiencing multiple problems with this plug-in, I’m almost ready to give up. It definitely does not instill confidence with the paid plug-in.

Oh man, here we go again. I am getting this error message again “API Connection StatusAPI Connection StatusAPI Authorization failure. User [API USER ID] is not authorized to use API RateV4.“

Yes, that API has been resolved, but I am still not see any rate options at checkout.
